Phoenix Home Modification

John Lamm, is your Phoenix Home Modification Coordinator for the Community Home Accessibility Modification Program (CHAMP). Through local block Grants and other resources, ABIL increases home accessibility, independence & safety for residents living with disabilities who are either renters or homeowners. This is a match program so consumers are expected to contribute 10 percent toward the cost, either in cash, in-kind or volunteer contributions. Licensed contractors provide modifications such as widening doorways; building ramps, raised toilets, grab bars, power-assisted doors and other needed structural modifications.

John will contact you for an interview to assess what home modifications would assist your independence and make his recommendations.
