Independent Living Skills Instruction

Independent Living is the freedom to direct one's own life. Each individual has the right to optimize their personal ability and fully integrate into the community. ABIL assists motivated consumers in developing self-determined goals to gain greater independence.

Our independent living skills instruction includes: use of community resources, budgeting, transportation skills, cooking skills, self-advocacy, household management, communication skills and stress management.
