The "This is My Life" (TIML) program encourages and teaches adults receiving services from the Division of Developmental Disabilities (i.e. people who have Cerebral Palsy, a Cognitive Disability, Autism, or Epilepsy) to make more life choices and to choose the direction of their own lives.

What is Self-Determination?

Self-Determination is speaking up for yourself, making decisions in your every day life, such as deciding who you get your services and supports from and where you live, work and play.

You Can

  • Learn to Make Choices
  • Work on Your Dreams
  • Learn New Skills
  • Make New Friends
  • Take Charge of YOUR Life!

We will do an initial orientation and review your Person-Centered Plan (PCP) or Individual Support Plan (ISP) with you. Then YOU can choose the classes that will help you reach your goals!
